Brady Rule: Brady material, or the evidence the prosecutor is required to disclose under this rule,
includes any information favorable to the accused which may reduce a defendant's potential sentence,
go against the credibility of an unfavorable witness, or otherwise allow a jury to infer against the defendant's guilt.

Many Judges Are Politically Biased and/or Easily Bribed

Preventing one or a few voters, i.e judges, who now allow election fraud is simple.
Any charge of voting fraud by a registered voter must force an immediate trial
by a jury to be scheduled ASAP. A jury decides whether or not an election is honest.

It is obvious why corrupt people love the ability to buy a judge/politician for
personal gain and power. We, the People are feeling the fruits of their corruption now.

It's an easy fix. Congress can make this reform the Law of the Land now.

2023-03-23 Jurors can also be biased or bribed.
These constraints on how to use these jury's will enable quick and fair decisions.

We must enforce honest elections & see to it judges enforce the Brady Rule.
Because "We must learn to live together as brothers or perish together as fools". MLK

Becoming Brothers Requires Election Issues Be Decided By A Citizen Jury, Not Judges;
by using a jury in these 5 ways.

I. Only 9-3 vote by jury is required as jurors can also be bought or are biased.

2. 75 miles from any state Capital or DC. Civil servants paychecks & job can be used against them.

3. Each sides legal fees paid by state.

4. When fraud is upheld by jury, the losing jurisdiction pays all costs and the individual(s) convicted go to jail.

5. Any violations of the Brady Rule should be decided the same way;
and the judge who allowed those violations must be disbarred.

Because by allowing our government to use judges to violate due process shows we are serfs, not a free people.
